The Citizens provides a variety of services to facilitate access to the theatre.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Wheelchair access is available in the stalls area of our main theatre and in both of our studios. Look out for the symbol on our seating plan. Adapted toilets are also available. Ramp access available in the lower foyer. Lift to Circle Studio.
FREE CAR PARK
Free parking adjacent to the Theatre. Level access to theatre building and foyer. Marked bays for disabled and parent and child. Please note that there is a one way system to enter the car park. Enter via Crown Street & Laurieston Road. Also see directions in Find Us.
INDUCTION LOOP
Induction loop and infrared systems are provided. Please ask our Box Office staff to advise on the best seats to book, to optimise the hearing benefits from this system.
AUDIO DESCRIPTION
Visually impaired attenders can listen to a description around the dialogue of a performance. TOUCH TOURS available if booked in advance. Infrared headsets are available on request from the Box Office - reserve at time of booking. You are also welcome to bring your own headset. SIGNED PERFORMANCES
We offer a British Sign Language Interpreter on stage during certain performances. See below for list of available performances with this service.
CAPTIONED PERFORMANCES
Converts dialogue and sound effects to text that displays on a screen as the action happens. For more information visit www.stagetext.org. See below for list of available performances with this service.
