This three session writing course will be led by Jeremy Raison.
The course covered:
- Writing a play for the stage
- Structure, character and content
- Original plays and adaptations
- Getting your play performed
- Agents
- The difference in writing for radio, television and film
Jeremy Raison is joint Artistic Director of the Citizens Theatre. His original plays include: The Rain Gathering (National Theatre, Traverse and Radio 4) and Heart and Soul (Chester Gateway). Adaptations include Don Juan and The Sound of My Voice (Citizens Theatre) and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (No. 1 touring and West End). Writing for film includes Small Moments (BBC/Antonine Films).
The three session course ran from 7-9pm on Tue 15, 22 & 29 September 2009.

I'm interested in the three session writing course but I must say it's a tad inconvenient that there's no e-mail address to which to send an 'application.'
