Citizens Learning has launched a new drama scheme for adults on long term incapacity benefit and those who are unemployed.
A series of drama sessions will take place over 5 weeks, designed to enhance self worth and confidence of participants. The free sessions will challenge employability issues, explore a range of relevant scenarios tackling pertinent problems that focus on employability and skill sharing.
The programme of work will act as a spring board to encourage people into the ‘getting back to work scheme’ as well as providing an insight into the community theatre opportunities offered by the Citizens Theatre.
This project has been created in conjunction with Glasgow Works and Glasgow South East Regeneration Agency.
