HOW TO AVOID EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS.

Everything you wanted to know about how to guarantee ending up at a tribunal; and how to avoid it. Chair Varry McMenemy will join a Citizens Theatre cast of actors to explore scenarios which might be faced by you, your staff and management at all levels in the workplace. Full audience participation will guarantee you the opportunity to further develop your personal HR toolkit and develop some practical preventative approaches to de-escalate conflict.
The session will also feature input from a panel of experts including Katy Wedderburn, a Partner in MacRoberts LLP who is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law, Charlie Irvine, Chair of Scottish Mediation Network and Ian Poad former Head of Employee Relations at British Energy plc and a lay member of the Employment Tribunal in Scotland.
