Hi Hazel. Thanks for your question. We do still have spaces available in our 4-5s and 6-8s classes starting on the 9th of July. Please phone 0141 429 0022 for up-to-date availability and booking. Thanks.

Hi, Can you advise if there are still spaces available for the w/c 9th july for age 5 & 8 years old groups, as we will be returning to the UK from overseas and think the kids will love this, in fact my daughter used to attend the sunday morning classes before we left for overseas. Thanks Hazel

Hi Alison, I'm afraid none of our kids' courses are tailored with a backstage focus. The stage and other operational parts of the building tend to have maintenance work carried out during the holidays so often there would be health and safety issues with allowing children access to these parts of the theatre. I will however pass your enquiry on to our team for consideration in future planning.

My son is a very mature 7 year old who is very interested in working back stage. Do you have any summer courses focussing on stage crew aspects or any opportunities for him to be involved back stage? Many thanks

Hi Bernadette, Thank you for your question. We do have courses running during the summer. However the courses are split between 6-8 and 9-12 years which would mean your daughters would work separately. The 9-12 course also lasts for two weeks, which may be too much for someone with limited English and experience of drama. I would recommend a course where they could stay together over a few days to give them an insight into drama. It may be best to look what Glasgow City Council has to offer over summer period.

Dear sir, I will be in Scotland during the next summer holidays (from July 9th to August 12th) and I would like my daughters- aged 8 and 11- to join a weekly drama club. They're French and my wish is to make them practise their English. The elder has a good understanding and can help her sister when necessary. The younger has a weekly 45 minute drama class at school but her sister doesn't.They 've also been practising music for 4 years (piano and flute, one instrument each) and they are in the school choir. So, do you offer day activities in drama that would be suitable for them? (what I mean is leaving them in the morning and collecting them around 4 o'clock). If you don't, would you be so kind as to tell me where I could find what I'm looking for? With best regards, Bernadette Gasner
