OPENING HOURS
The Box Office is open 10am-6pm, Mon - Sat and to 8pm on performance evenings.
Please note at performance times, priority must be given to audience members attending the show.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, cheque, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa. Please make cheques payable to Citizens Theatre Ltd.
LATECOMERS
Due to the nature of the performance space, there is no late admittance to the Circle or Stalls Studios under any circumstances. Latecomers may be admitted to the Main Theatre if there is a suitable break in the performance.

BOOKING FEES
There is a £1.50 transaction fee applied to online sales. There are no bookings fees charged for in person or telephone sales. We charge 50p postage. There is an optional donation functionality - to support our Seat Restoration Fund.
