Questions for video application

When creating your video application, please answer the following four questions in your response.

Facilitation Approach & Inclusion
How do you create a rehearsal room culture where young people feel safe, included, and confident to take creative risks — and what specific tools or approaches do you use to support different learning styles, needs, and personalities?

Proudest Project / Moment
Can you share a project or moment in your practice that you’re most proud of, and tell us why it felt meaningful for you and/or the participants?

Creative Resourcefulness with £200 and Studio Theatre
If you had the group for a short project and a £200 budget, access to the studio theatre, and limited production support, what would you choose to create and how would you use those resources to bring the group’s ideas to life?

Safeguarding / Insightful Observation
Whilst respecting confidentiality, tell us about a time when you noticed something in a young person’s behaviour or engagement that made you pause or check in. What did you observe, how did you respond, and what was the outcome?
