Responsible to: Deputy Front of House Managers; Front of House Manager; Bar & Events Manager
Key Relationships: Duty Managers, Bar Supervisors
Salary: £13.45 per hour – in line with Real Living Wage
Contract: Casual / Part-Time (zero hours contract)
Purpose of the role
Our Welcome Team play a vital role in creating a warm, accessible and safe experience for everyone who comes to the Citz – whether that’s for an event or a theatre performance, community activity, or simply stopping by for a coffee.
This varied, customer-facing role covers ushering, bar service and event support across our beautifully redeveloped building. Shifts will mostly be available evenings and weekends, with occasional day shifts to support matinee performances, events and community activities.
