How to get to the theatre
A short walk from the Merchant City and Trongate, straight across Victoria Bridge onto Gorbals Street.
The nearest underground stop is BRIDGE STREET which is 5 mins walk from the theatre. See our visual guide - “How to find us by Underground”.
A number of buses stop outside the theatre on Gorbals Street including 5, 7, 7a, 57a, 6, 75 and 267 (to front door of theatre).
20 minute walk from Queen Street or Central Station, 10 minute walk from Argyle Street Station.
A one-way system is in operation in the vicinity of the theatre. Our postcode is G5 9DS.
FREE car parking is available in our own car park adjacent to the theatre building which provides level access to the theatre building. Vehicles are left at owner’s risk. Please note that our car park is NOT accessible from Gorbals Street and should be entered from Cleland Street on the South side of the building.
Travelling north on Laurieston Road, turn left under the railway bridge onto Cleland Street.
Travelling south on Saltmarket/Crown Street cross over the river, across Ballater street, then turn right under the railway bridge.
From Eglington Street turn right on to Norfolk Street, go straight over the cross roads by the Central Mosque/Crown Court on to Ballater Street, under the railway bridge, then right on to Crown Street (then right onto Cleland Street).
The Citizens Car Park is on the right, just past Cleland Lane.
