Tickets
Ticket prices
Our standard prices range from £12.50 to £45. You can find detailed information on our pricing and discounts on our Pricing page.
Fees
We add a £1.50 transaction fee on to each booking.

Ticket delivery
Until we return to the theatre, all customers will receive an e-ticket for their performance.
Changes to your booking
Returns and refunds
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you feel you have made an error when booking, please email our Box Office team as soon as possible.
Cancellations
In the event of a performance being cancelled or rescheduled, the face value of tickets and any booking fee will be refunded.
In the event of a show cancellation, we are not liable for covering additional costs such as transport or accommodation.
Booking for children
Age recommendations
Our age recommendations will always be added to the individual event pages. Parents and caregivers are reminded that some performances are not suitable for young children.
Children
Children (ages 18 months -15 years inclusive) shall require their own ticket. Child tickets will be available to book for any relevant shows. If no child tickets are available at the time of booking, a full price ticket would be required.
Babes in arms
Infants who will be under 18 months at the time of the show can attend as ‘Babes in arms’.
Babes in arms require a ticket for entry. This will not provide a seat. Infants are required to sit in the lap of a parent/caregiver.
Babes in arms tickets are not currently available to book online. Contact our Box Office team to add this ticket onto your booking.
Access Bookings
We want all our visitors to feel comfortable in our venue. Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent patrons are invited to sign up to our Access Pass to book dicscounted tickets. There is also guidance on providing any access requirements and booking wheelchair positions.
