What we do

Harnessing creative wellbeing for all and building community through theatre

We believe creativity should be accessible to everyone. Our adult programmes focus on creative wellbeing, connection, and expression – whether you’re trying theatre for the first time or returning to a lifelong passion.

On this page you’ll find a range of opportunities to get involved, from drop-in social groups to regular workshops and collaborative performances. There are lots of ways to join in.

Theatre Lab

Explore theatre from page to stage

Designed for passionate non-professionals who want to dive deeper into the world of theatre. Building on the success of Off The Page, these new workshop blocks offer hands-on, creative experiences in performance, design, and storytelling.

Sessions range from collective playreading, design insights and performance. You’ll build new skills, explore theatrical techniques, and meet likeminded people in a welcoming space.

Create, perform and grow in confidence. For learning disabled and/or neurodivergent adults.

Our weekly drama group is for learning disabled and/or neurodivergent adults aged 18 and over. In a safe and encouraging environment, participants work together to build performance skills, grow self-confidence, and engage with the wider theatre community.

Formerly known as Friday Club, the group has created work for stage and screen, including performances at the Citizens Theatre and short films.

Sessions take place on Friday mornings. There are three blocks a year, and a summer sharing.

The Gorbals Vampire
A large number of actors on a stage are facing the camera, crouching down and raising their hands to the sky. They are dressed in a variety of drab clothes from the 1950s. One actor is lying on the ground in the centre of the stage with the other actors gathered round him. He has a grimaced face. Another actor is standing at the very back of the stage. He is standing on a wall above the others looking out to the camera with one hand in the air.
